Recycle Oil Plant
Our Recycle Oil Plant is designed to convert waste oil into reusable, high-quality oil and is
available in Manual, Semi-Automatic, and Automatic models.The process begins with pretreatment and heating to remove water and light impurities, followed by filtration and
advanced processes such as vacuum distillation or chemical treatment to remove sludge,
carbon, and contaminants. Further refining enhances oil quality before storage and final
filling.The plant includes heating units, reactors, distillation columns, condensers, vacuum
systems, filtration units, storage tanks, transfer pumps, and pipelines.We provide all types
of filling machines including manual, semi-automatic, and automatic systems for final
packaging. Capacity ranges from small plants of 200–500 liters per day, medium units of
1,000–5,000 liters per day, and large plants of 10,000–30,000 liters per day or more.
