Grease Plant

The Grease Plant is engineered for producing high-performance lubricating greases and is
available in Manual, Semi-Automatic, and Automatic variants.The process starts with
heating base oil in a reactor, followed by controlled addition of thickeners and additives.
The mixture undergoes saponification and is processed through high-shear mixers and
homogenizers to achieve the desired consistency. After cooling and finishing, the grease is
filtered and transferred to storage before final filling into containers.The plant consists of
reactors/kettles, heating systems, agitators, high-shear mixers, homogenizers, cooling
systems, storage tanks, transfer pumps, and pipelines.We provide all types of grease filling
machines including manual, semi-automatic, and automatic systems. Capacities start from
200–500 kg per day for small units, 1–5 tons per day for medium plants, and large-scale
production capacities of 10–50 tons per day or more.

We manufacture and meticulously engineer systems and weighment products that are reliable, durable and efficient for manufacturers and traders in the pharmaceutical, chemical, paint, oil and gas and other related industries.

Karan Raj Kumar

Mr Karan Raj Kumar is the technical director and overlooks all the verticals at Elder primarily designing, installation, and after-sales services. An aeronautical engineer by profession, he spent the early years of his career working at Jet Airways where he sharpened his skills and grew eminently. Using his experience in engineering, he proceeded towards manufacturing machinery used by oil and gas industries which led to the birth and incorporation of Elder Equipments.

In the past 10 years, he has been essential to growing Elder’s customer base and enhancing its brand image. His core skills include, but are not limited to, engineering, processes, automation, technology, and innovation. His knowledge, experience, and inquisitiveness to keep learning are significant and key towards expanding Elder both nationally and internationally.

Shalini Saxena Kumar

Mrs Shalini Saxena Kumar holds an MSc in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Miami. She began her career working in her family business, Elder Pharmaceuticals and soon thereafter became the managing director of Elder Instruments Pvt Ltd which revolved around the manufacturing and distribution of medical equipment and sleep therapy equipment. She was the pivotal force behind launching the first oxygen concentrator in India. 

 

With over 25+ years of experience in medical equipment, FMCG goods and industrial machinery, she has a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of machinery and equipment. Her core skills include, but are not limited to, negotiation, public speaking, marketing and financial management. In 2014, she ventured further into the manufacturing industry and co-founded Elder Equipments. Elder has been in the industry for a decade now and established itself as a market leader in its field of machinery and industrial equipment.
