Ammonia Plant
The Ammonia Plant is a specialized system designed for efficient ammonia production and
handling, available in Manual, Semi-Automatic, and Automatic configurations. The process
involves synthesis of ammonia by reacting nitrogen and hydrogen gases under high
pressure and temperature using a catalyst. The ammonia is then cooled, condensed into
liquid form, and stored in pressurized tanks before being transferred to filling systems. The
plant includes compressors, reactors, condensers, cooling systems, storage tanks,
pressure vessels, pipelines, safety systems, and control panels. We also provide manual,
semi-automatic, and automatic filling systems designed for safe ammonia handling.
Capacities typically range from small units of 1–5 tons per day, medium plants of 10–50
tons per day, and large-scale production facilities of 100 tons per day and above.
