Lube Oil Plant

Our Lube Oil Plant is designed for efficient production of high-quality lubricating oils and is
available in Manual, Semi-Automatic, and Fully Automatic configurations to suit different
production scales.The process begins with base oil storage, followed by controlled heating
and precise blending of additives using advanced mixing systems.The mixture is
homogenized for uniform quality and passed through filtration units to remove impurities.
After quality inspection, the finished oil is stored and transferred to filling machines for
packaging in bottles, cans, or drums.The plant includes key machinery such as storage
tanks, blending vessels, heating systems, mixers, homogenizers, filtration units, transfer
pumps, pipelines, and control panels.We also provide all types of filling machines
including manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic systems. Available capacities range
from small-scale units starting from 500 liters per day to medium capacities of 1,000–5,000
liters per day, and large-scale plants up to 10,000–50,000 liters per day or more,
depending on customer requirements.

Karan Raj Kumar

Mr Karan Raj Kumar is the technical director and overlooks all the verticals at Elder primarily designing, installation, and after-sales services. An aeronautical engineer by profession, he spent the early years of his career working at Jet Airways where he sharpened his skills and grew eminently. Using his experience in engineering, he proceeded towards manufacturing machinery used by oil and gas industries which led to the birth and incorporation of Elder Equipments.

In the past 10 years, he has been essential to growing Elder’s customer base and enhancing its brand image. His core skills include, but are not limited to, engineering, processes, automation, technology, and innovation. His knowledge, experience, and inquisitiveness to keep learning are significant and key towards expanding Elder both nationally and internationally.

Shalini Saxena Kumar

Mrs Shalini Saxena Kumar holds an MSc in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Miami. She began her career working in her family business, Elder Pharmaceuticals and soon thereafter became the managing director of Elder Instruments Pvt Ltd which revolved around the manufacturing and distribution of medical equipment and sleep therapy equipment. She was the pivotal force behind launching the first oxygen concentrator in India. 

 

With over 25+ years of experience in medical equipment, FMCG goods and industrial machinery, she has a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of machinery and equipment. Her core skills include, but are not limited to, negotiation, public speaking, marketing and financial management. In 2014, she ventured further into the manufacturing industry and co-founded Elder Equipments. Elder has been in the industry for a decade now and established itself as a market leader in its field of machinery and industrial equipment.
